Mazi Nnamdi Kanu 17 Months illegal detention in DSS Dungeon in Nigeria
It is no longer news that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the defunct group Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has been illegally detained in DSS Dungeon (Nigeria Prison) for more than 17 months without trial in the Nigeria Court. There have been different stories narrated by his lawyers Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Ejimakor and Mike Ozekhome of how Nigeria Government and their courts refused to obey court orders as recently the court of appeal in Nigeria has declared Nnamdi Kanu discharged and acquitted yet they have refused to release Nnamdi Kanu. This particular incident has made many people to questioned Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor for celebrating on the streets of Abuja without the release of his client Nnamdi Kanu.
A lot of fingers has been pointing at Barrister Ifeanyi for failing to release his client yet still praising the Nigerian Court as they have awarded several millions to Ifeanyi Ejiofor for DSS burning down is family house and taking the life of his aide, the sum is allegedly said to be over #170 Million Naira. Ifeanyi Ejiofor on several cases has been enjoying gifts and money awarded to him by the Nigerian Court but his client is suffering in DSS Dungeon. Ejiofor himself confirmed this in several of his publications made on his official facebook page that his client Nnamdi Kanu is suffering in DSS Dungeon, his health is deteriorating and no proper medical treatment given to Nnamdi Kanu. Ifeanyi Ejiofor has failed many times to seek the consent of the court to allow Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be taken to hospital for proper medical treatment.
Barrister Ejiofor has complained many times that Nnamdi Kanu is not eating proper food in DSS Dungeon, they have denied him food many times and his client Nnamdi Kanu is going through torture in DSS Dungeon both mentally and physical torture. The main question is what is Barrister Ejiofor doing to help his client out of this terrible situation? Many people have witnessed Ejiofor giving Mazi Nnamdi Kanu followers false hope in several of his publications saying “Ezigbo Umuchineke calm down”…. which is the original intention of the Nigeria government and the enemies of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu so that they will be able to punish Mazi Nnamdi Kanu without any cime commited or trials in the court.
The question still remains- Ejiofor where is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu?
